If you want to submit a document for proofreading you are advised to click on our dropbox at http://dropbox.yousendit.com/CEDS This is the safest way to submit documents, especially if they are large. Both we and you will receive an email to confirm that your document has been successfully uploaded for proofreading.

We are available 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday, however, we will check our e-mails at the weekends and we will do our best to meet your needs if you have an urgent deadline.

We have recently been experiencing some problems receiving e-mails and attachments from some university and business accounts. If you have not heard from us within two hours on a weekday after you have sent your work it is possible that your e-mail has not been received. Please resend it from a webmail account such as Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail or send the file to accaeo@gmail.com.
